Course description

A Parents Essential Guide To Autism is made up of 5 key modules and 15 sub modules. You can view a breakdown of modules in the outline below.

It will take approximately 2 hours to complete however I do recommend completing it at a pace comfortable for you. Don't forget you can stop, pause, rewind and replay as many times as you like.

Our Flagship course focuses on three key interventions guided by our clinical team in

Behaviour, Nutrition and Empowerment.

This journey requires a holistic approach, we teach you how to start reducing maladaptive behaviours, how to fuel your child with healthy foods to thrive and how to walk this journey with confidence. Your marriage and other children require extra nurturing and so do you. Do you know how to cope in stressful situations when you feel judged and misunderstood? Well we will teach you how to do this and so much more.

We answer some of those more immediate questions... is there a cause or cure? How do I start changing behaviour? What red flags should I avoid? How do I make meetings and appointments as successful for my child as possible...? This course is packed with value and covers all the essential basics to lay a solid foundation to this journey.

Some of our parents have been on this journey for several years however missed out on some early basics which have now proved to make all the difference. We include the areas that are never talked about or mentioned on this journey which in fact make the biggest difference.

This three pronged intervention has proven a powerful formula for many of our families and the progress all our children are making is ground breaking.

Stop talking and start doing, if you want to change things then join our community of like minded parents and lets start doing this together.

Hi I'm Jo-Ann,

My mission is to support as many of you to take action to create a life that you love, whilst being 100% empowered to support your family and child with Autism through effective intervention.

From a dark place of hopelessness and uncertainty for my son we have knocked down huge barriers and transformed to strength, skills and success. I want to teach you how to do this too, what to avoid and practical easy steps to create change TODAY.

From a First Class Degree in Media working both behind and infront of the camera, I have now channeled my skills to reach thousands of families digitally across the globe. My business development skills have also equipped me to partner with super brands including Virgin Atlantic, Tesco, Merlin, Cineworld and many more to start creating a fresh approach to autism campaigning.

My biggest achievement though is my son. It was hard work making the impossible possible but I have learnt hands on what interventions are most powerful and the best ways for parents to implement little changes daily to make a huge difference.

No more tears over waiting lists and feeling alone. I want to hold your hand and walk you down a new path... this is the very first course of its kind and I am so excited about the priceless results you will gain.

We are a new generation of parents and children... its time to do things differently.

A Parent's Guide to Autism Online Course

by Rachel Bradford
I was unsure if i needed to buy this course because we have had our ABA home programme for nearly 2 years now but i'm glad i did. I only wish this was available when Coco first started on her journey. It's clear, concise and so relatable. I will be recommending this course to our Local Authority to give to all parents starting their Autism Journey. Rachel

Excellent course

To be honest I was unsure if I should buy this course or not as we are already spending so much money on ABA therapy. However, I bought it and do not regret it. I thought I had read everything about autism as I have been doing a lot of research lately. However, it was really an excellent course to do, after 2 hours I felt more stronger and confident about my current knowledge about autism and have gained some new strategies that I will be applying as soon as possible. It was like, finally everything I have been readying over the last couple of months started to make sense. I feel I now have a better direction of what to do and how to do it while waiting for any appointments. I really recommend this course,
